How long does shipping take and when will my order arrive?
Most décor and smaller items ship out in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Large furniture may require a scheduled delivery window. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Tracking updates are emailed automatically once your order ships. You can also view status any time using your order confirmation number on our tracking page.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 day return window on eligible items in original condition and packaging. Start a return from your order confirmation email or our returns page. Once approved and received back, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a defect?
We will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and the issue, and a brief description. Our support team will arrange a replacement or solution fast.
Which payment methods are accepted and is checkout secure?

Do items require assembly?
Many smaller items arrive ready to style. For pieces that require simple assembly, the box includes the hardware and step by step instructions. If you prefer white glove assembly, contact us and we will quote available options in your area.
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?
We move fast. If you need a change, reach out immediately with your order number and the exact update. If the order has not shipped we will adjust it. If it has shipped we will help coordinate with the carrier.
